Limousin Cattle originated in France being bred for their leanness and muscle.

Our Cattle are grown on our Oamaru, North Otago farm, grass fed and no growth hormones are used.

The animals are abattoir killed and then processed and vacuum packed in our Oamaru Factory/shop.
